From time to time there may be disputes between Experts and Clients. This could arise if the one of the parties doesn't show up on time or if the chat is ended prematurely or there is some kind of connection or IT problem from one end.
More often than not, these issues are resolved amicably by the Expert and the Client. This is usually through the message function.
